Welcome to Grounded Now, a space where personal growth meets deep healing. I’m Dr. Jen, and I believe true balance comes from within - through understanding our emotions, becoming comfortable with discomfort, and creating an unshakable inner peace.

As a teen, I experienced two vastly different worlds: the darkness of seasonal depression and the light of a profound, blissful state of consciousness that lasted for months. During that time, my inner calm wasn’t affected by anything happening outside of me - a feeling I later realized was key to true confidence and fulfillment.

At 28, I seemed to have it all - career, success, relationships - but inside, I was burnt out and miserable. Reflecting back on that peaceful state I experienced as a teen, I knew there was more to life than just ticking boxes of external success. That’s when I began to learn how to harness that inner state and shift from burnout to balance.

Through my blog, I share insights not only on emotional, time, and financial freedom but also on the deeper, spiritual side of healing - how to find calm amidst chaos and create lasting fulfillment from the inside out.
